This historic building is situated on the corner of Hlavná and Továrenská streets in Košice, close to the URBAN department store. Its current layout dates back to 1869. The property is listed as a cultural heritage site. It has been preserved as an authentic and integral building. It demonstrates the architectural trends of the second half of the 19th century, i.e. during the time of the construction boom in Košice over the period of Hungarian capitalism.

Our company has owned the building since 2001. In 2003 the first storey, courtyard and the courtyard façade of the building were fully refurbished. This also included the refurbishment of two flats currently used as offices. In 2006 we converted the attic of the building. This led to the conversion of the attic space into offices and included a new roof. The building has a gas heating system, electronic security system and its offices are air conditioned. In order to maintain the historic value of the building all specific requirements were followed during its refurbishment. In 2021 the street front facade was restored returning the colour of the past decades.  The refurbished attic of the building has a B energy efficiency rating.

The footprint of the building is 323 m2 and its net rentable area is 910 m2. It is currently fully occupied. Office tenants include UNION Insurance Company, UNION Health Insurance Company, AUTHENTICA – civic association, Beauty salon Guinot & il Viso  and the Móda plus fashion shop on the individual floors of this building.
